POPPY LEAD PLANTER

A traditional sand-cast lead planter decorated with poppy flowers with buds and seed heads. The pattern was hand carved in wood and clay, before being cast, welded together and fettled. The final planter has an antique patina to give it an aged appearance. This foundry-cast solid lead planter has been traditionally handmade in England by Heritage Lead Planters.
